TOR for Development of Impact Assessment Methodology for Mine Action Sector in Cambodia
Clearing for Results (CFR) project - a partnership between UNDP and the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) - is calling for submission of proposals to develop an Impact Assessment methodology in order to better quantify the impact of mine action activities on development in Cambodia. With the recent formulation of a National Mine Action Strategy (NMAS), the CMAA is looking at a well-developed and thorough impact assessment methodology which will assist in measuring contributions of mine action programmes and projects to casualty reduction, economic growth and poverty reduction more specifically. CFR is looking for an organization that combines a strong knowledge of the Cambodian development context, existing monitoring systems and databases and an interest for mine action.
